Restricted Countries
Games.Bitcoin.com does not accept players from the United States, Iran, North Korea, or Syria. Players from the United States are shown a “You can only play with test credits if you are in the United States” banner when visiting Bitcoin Games. The following message can also be found on the website:
“Our servers have detected that you are trying to play from inside the USA. Unfortunately strangers living in Washington D.C. think that they have the right to tell you what you can and can’t do with your own money on the internet. Because they would likely hurt us if we were to allow you to play on our provably fair site, we’ve had to disable deposits for USA players.”
Players are reportedly able to circumvent this ban by using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to bypass geolocation restrictions; but this is something we strongly advise against. Please note that if you are found to be in violation of this country restriction policy, your account will be terminated.
If you have made deposits, Bitcoin Games says that you will be refunded for your remaining deposit or balance (excluding any winnings). Players are encouraged to email games@bitcoin.com if they have any concerns regarding restricted countries at Bitcoin Games.

Security & Fairness
Bitcoin.com Games offers everyone the ability to create anonymous accounts, no personal information required. But for an added layer of security, players are given the option to create a password and enable two-factor authentication on their account using an app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
After being enabled, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) users will be required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) each time they log on, or perform other secure functions.
Players at Bitcoin Games are also given the option to create a username for the account. This username is not necessary for logging into the account, but rather for what other users will see in the chat room or if you are fortunate enough to score a big hand, place on a leaderboard, or win a jackpot on the site.
By default your username is a random string made up of unique letters and numbers, but you can change it to whatever you desire – so long as it is between 3 and 10 characters in length.
Players are, however, required to set a fixed withdrawal address for their account. Once set, this withdrawal address cannot be changed – so make sure it is correct prior to clicking confirm. If setup correctly, this security measure should thwart any attempt at fraudulent activity on your account.
If you wish to forgo Bitcoin Games’ suggested security measures, make sure to bookmark your unique login link. Failure to do so may result in losing access to your account, pending wagers, and any account balance you may have on the site. Be sure to keep this unique login URL somewhere safe, and to not share it with anyone.
Unlike most reputable online gambling sites, the proprietary software used by Bitcoin Games is not tested by a third-party firm to ensure that the games are fair and that their random number generator complies with mathematical tests of randomness and iGaming standards.
However, in the casino, Bitcoin Games guarantees that each individual game you play is provably fair. The sites claims players will be given a completely random shuffle, wheel spin, and dice roll on every bet – and they can provably demonstrate that they have in no way manipulated the shuffle.
Provably Fair
If you’d like to take a deeper look, players can verify the details of each bet by clicking the green “Verify” button next to each outcome in your history log.
Before each game has started, a random seed number is first chosen by the server at Bitcoin Games. Bitcoin Games then creates a SHA-256 hash of this server seed and sends it to your web browser. This hash serves as a sort of encryption of the original seed number chosen by the server. From this hash you can not identify the seed number chosen, but you can later use it to verify that the site did not change the seed number afterwards.
These steps take place before any credits have been played by the user. Your web browser then sends Bitcoin Games’ server a random seed number. Your web browser just selects any random number, although technically there is nothing preventing the client from sending any number it wants. The point is that their server has no way of knowing what this random number will be.
After the server receives this client seed number, it combines the server seed and the client seed into a single final game seed. For example, if the server seed was 7UDVbLn6Ct2a4ZHLHVPGu6MoccaZZ3hbzkwUoLxDSEKU and the client seed was 1293771171, then the final game seed will be 7UDVbLn6Ct2a4ZHLHVPGu6MoccaZZ3hbzkwUoLxDSEKU1293771171.
The server is required to use the server seed that it picked earlier, since the client can later use the previously received server hash to verify this. Therefore, the server has no control over what the final game seed will be, and therefore has no way to manipulate the outcome of your game.
Finally, this game seed is used as the input into the Mersenne Twister algorithm, which creates a random number sequence from an initially ordered deck of cards. This deck of cards is then used to play the next game of Blackjack.
Once the game is finished, the server reveals the server seed that it initially chose. The client can then verify that the hash of this server seed does indeed match what the server originally sent before the game started. Your web browser will automatically verify that everything was legitimate. The JavaScript source code that checks this is publicly available here.

Disputes & Complaints
Bitcoin.com Labels BCH as “Bitcoin” (5/1/2018)
Bitcoin.com came under fire from the cryptocurrency community after it made confusing changes to its website, labelling BTC as “Bitcoin Core” and BCH – simply as “Bitcoin.”
Unlike Bitcoin.com, most cryptocurrency trackers simply refer to Bitcoin as BTC and Bitcoin Cash as BCH. This sentiment is shared by pretty much everyone in the space – with the exception of the BCH camp.
The move garnered quite a bit of controversy, with some critics going as far as setting up a website to crowdfund a lawsuit to foot the legal fees for anyone who “lost money” due to Bitcoin.com’s “fraudulent practices.” However, legal experts doubt the lawsuit could lead to anything serious, according to CoinDesk.
